Ripped Off by Eneba - warning for others

Hey guys,
Just a general warning.

I’ve purchased 2 or 3 games in the past from Eneba and never had problems

I recently purchased over 20 keys during a promotion and not a single one worked.
I reached out to Eneba, provided every piece of information they requested and now they have gone completely silent.

It’s been two weeks since the last correspondence, I’ve created new tickets, they just roll them into the first one and don’t respond.
They are completely ignoring me now.

Just a warning to people, this place is dodgy.
Their support is terrible and once they actually might need to consider a refund or replacement key they stop communication.

Just a friendly community announcement.

      Negative, it’s too late.
      I can handle losing the money, it’s more once they realised they might have to provide new keys they went silent.

      When I create new tickets, the roll them into the first one and don’t respond, so they see me trying to make contact but ignore me.
      I don’t want the money back, I just want the keys I paid for.

        The fact is you are not going to send a new key so charge back is a valid option here

    Agree. I bought a heap of keys once and while most worked. I had about 20 that wouldn't. They wanted a ton of info and were just giving me the run around. I simply ghosted them and went straight to PayPal disputes. Within a short time I was refunded by PayPal and vowed to never use them again. I figured I was just unlucky so didn't mention it here.

      I told them if they don’t support me I will reach out to the community.
      They didn’t help, so I thought I’d be a Karen and complain.

    Are these 7-day game Pass keys or are they individual game keys?
