My reply to an email from Tiger's "Stripes" who were asking me to renew my "membership" which they hoped I had enjoyed:
"I have NOT enjoyed being a member of Stripes, not having been able to use the "service" for more than the first six months of "membership" thanks to Tiger's failure to respond to ANY of my several messages during that time - as is your normal mode of operation in my experience.
When faced with criticism of Tiger from others, I am no longer able to defend your infamous lack of communication with customers on the basis that your fares are low (which they are and for which you are to be congratulated) but instead join the list of dissatisfied customers.
Frankly, I do not trust Tiger who are very much a BUYER BEWARE operator.
Does anyone at Tiger care - or is that not included in the price? I thought I might be at least able to buy some attention - with STRIPES - but was oh so wrong."
I've now joined the club in pricematching Tiger's prices less 10% with Jetstar - got a good bargain yesterday.
Would anyone like to offer their recent experiences here with Tiger - good or bad?
Is the only feature of the membership that you get the ability to buy sale fares 24 hours earlier than the general public?
