  Be aware that these are concrete and plastic weights and are very bulky compared with iron weights. Plastic weights tend to be impractically large. 1-day some times have the iron weights for ~$40. They are much better.

    "Concrete and plastic weights" reminded me of my cousins makeshift weights. Cut two 2L coke bottles in half. Fill the lower halves with concrete and stick a rod in the middle to let them set. Wrap duct tape over the rod (grip) for padding. Curl.

  Just received mine today and the packaging is TERRIBLE. There was a massive hole in the cardboard shipping box and one of my Spinlock Collars probably fell out (I only received 3). Trying to contact 1-day now.
