it was the Ford Mustang 10265. i would consider it not damaged at all.

I bought it from target, paid then 5 secs later got refund from paypal. Is this normal?
You’ll note that several people post about this on Target ‘bargains’… yes they cancel, I can personally attest to this many times. Useless.
this set is not retiring anytime soon, i guess under 200 will be normal. not too long ago, it droped to 199, and now 196.
It dropped to $199 because that is the standard price at Kmart… but then Kmart ran out of stock.. so no longer $199 for places matching price.
It was already going to retire but they extended it.
kmart's price has gone back up to $239 a few days ago.
Yep - I was referring to why it was $199 originally at various ‘price matched’ places (that it was Kmart at $199).
I know why it was 199. I mean it happened once, it will happen again, maybe even at a lower price. So price like $19x basically won't make me feel like a bargain anymore.
