This seems to be a pretty good price for the physical version of Star Wars: Squadrons.
Not sure about the stock everywhere but I am sure that at this price stock won't last for tool long.

I play it in VR on my PC, and it makes the game both more immersive and in a way easier (or at least less frustrating). Being about to look out your cockpit at any angle makes it much easier to track your targets.
Cheaper at JB as part of their 2 for $30 range.

But have to buy two games. If you only want one that is $9 more expensive. ;-)
Hence: good price for the physical version which can be resold unlike PS+ or digital.
Probably won't hold most people's interest for long better to get it free with PS Plus currently, and also free with an EA Play membership.

Microsoft still has the $1 for 3 month offer which includes this.
Unless you are into the multiplayer you won't need more than a month for the singleplayer, they have intentionaly limited it's playability to try and push people to fill multiplayer lobby's.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's no possible way to play this in VR on an Xbox
