Sigh, a perfectly good deal ruined by voters of chairman Dan. Always thinking about themselves and never of others. Maybe not every state has low prices, maybe some people enjoy not having to carry heavy cartons of water to their door. If everybody got government handouts every 2-3 months, maybe this wouldn't have been a deal.
This is its perpetual price… $6.99 is the 'discount' price.
