Cashrewards Not Tracking My Amazon?

Bought nappies and wipes from Amazon on cash rewards with mobile but they never track? I click shop now and order in the new tab not sure why it doesn't work, works for me on all other sites

    me neither, bought a bag from overseas on aus site, no tracking, no money taken from bank yet, annoying because I am trying to fulfill promotions

      Just to add

      Cashback is ineligible on purchase of vouchers, gift cards, kindle unlimited, audible, mobile apps, subscribe & save items, prime subscriptions, and all categories/products listed at 0% cashback.

    Also if you have bought in the recent "Prime" sales…
    From experience, Amazon usually takes about a day to track on the cashback sites.

    I never use CR anymore for Amazon as they decline everything…

    I do not know why amazon are even allowed on cashrewards as i have had every one of my transactions denied and yet have no problems with any others even ebay are quick with rewards.

    I also have troubles with Cashrewards so frequently on Amazon. Purchased yesterday, they havent tracked it yet.
