Ripples offer wide range of products of fashion. It is self brand and designed in-house. Ripples products not available in other store except the store stated online page. The product itself such as flip flops, laptop case and bags can not be fold for delivery. Hence it required larger bag (larger than standard 3kg delivery bag) for delivery with purchase of 3 or more items.
The delivery cost and other informations are listed under term and condition, which located under the page.
Ripples is new to OzBargain and we hope through this experience, will help us for future bargain.
Welcome to OzBargain, however I don't see the bargain in this. It seems more like advertising, which should not be on OzBargain. Don't most other sellers offer flat rate shipping too? Perhaps a better bargain would be to reduce prices to lower than competitors, whether through percentage discounts or special item sales etc. Besides shipping usually isn't that expensive if sending a large parcel (in the order of $11-$15 depending on weight and size etc, i think), so $8 flat really doesn't seem like a bargain.
A quick look at the website and I can't find any information regarding shipping costs, payment types accepted etc. The website should have some sort of FAQ section addressing such questions. Customers shouldn't have to login and go through checkout just to find out the shipping costs and payment types.
