  Thanks OP. Seems that the best place to buy the refillable containers at the moment is Bunnings, $4.95 every day rather than $6.60 at Amazon or $5.50 at Woolworths (on special until Tuesday).

    I use the 2-pack SunFresh containers from Bunnings - $4.50 for twice the containerage of the DampRid one.
    Although not designed as refillable, it's a simple job of popping off the plastic grid top, peeling back half the cloth top filter, pouring out the slush, and refilling with calcium chloride.

      Great tip. Seeing as I got a couple of refill bottles in this deal I am going to buy 6 or so containers. Have you had any issues with any of them breaking or not working like you mentioned (especially the plastic top?) Or has it been 100% success rate for you?

        This deal reminded me it needed emptying and refilling, so did that 5am this morning.
        Blue top just pops off, I had used a sharp blade to cut the filter top, so it's just a case of peeling it back to empty the fluid and then pour in some more calcium chloride: https://i.imgur.com/HzsyTjM.jpg
        Then pop the blue top back on again and it looks like the first pic. Haven't had any problems with them.
