Did you take the red or the blue tablet?
How old are the tablets? Website says "To download the My 7-Eleven App please ensure you have the latest operating system; version 12 or above for iOS and version 9 (pie) and above for Android."

Doesn't matter how old the iPad (assuming iOS user here) is you should still be able to view the app listing, unless it has been yanked off the App Store.
Guessing your using an apple device, if you are on an old version of iOS then you may be under the minimum required iOS for the latest version of the app.

looks like either the tablets are too old or you need a phone. I do have a newer samsung tablet but havent transferred the sim yet as too much info on old tablet
