Delivery to Aus is US$35. In the notes ask them to put the discounted price on the invoice to ensure you don't get charged GST if it's under AU$1000.
GST is payable on goods imported under $1000 if the retailer has not collected it and are not registered with ATO for collection of GST.
Retailers that are not registered can not provide evidence of GST collection when sending parcels, these parcels will be stopped at the border and the end user will be requested to pay the GST
