Hey guys I got an Oral B Toothbrush valued at about $60 from Woolworths a few months ago and it no longer holds charge. I've had a look at the warranty on Oral B's website and apparently I need to get it sent down to VIC from NSW and they can fix it and they will pay for return shipping.
Has anyone else had a similar issue, do I just have no choice and have to pay for the shipping to get it fixed? If I go to Woolworths would they be happy to just exchange it for me? Probably not as I don't have the receipt.
I'm just asking because with my old Philips Sonicare I could actually email them and they sent me a refurbished one free of charge. Oral B has like no way to contact them. I literally have to have blind faith, send the toothbrush away and wait lol.
If anyone has experience with this help thanks =)

Otherwise, you can DIY to replace the battery. It's not too difficult but you need the right tools (soldering iron etc) and a 18650 battery.
