Any Experience with Self Managed Novated Lease?

Hi All, Thank you all for your great feedback on various subject.

I am new to the forum and would like to ask your opinions on Novated Lease. I understand this is a bit tricky one, however, I recently saw 'self-managed novated lease' (from Maxxia). Does anyone have any experience with this? Is this better than a "Fully maintained lease"?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

  Looks like a huge amount of work for the already pretty negligible savings of a novated lease
