Registering a new company (Pty Ltd)

I am looking into setting up a new company. ASIC charged $426. However, there are a few companies who charge extra fees in order to help you setup (eg. cleardoc.com.au).

Just seeing if anyone has used any other companies and if it is worthwhile spending a bit extra on top to get them to do all the paper work.

  • I have setup a new company with hardly any charge coz I did it myself.

  • You just need to register on https://abr.gov.au/ and it has all the information you need

    • -1

that's for registering as Sole Trader in order to get ABN.
I want to setup Pty Ltd. You register that with ASIC and costs $426 for their fees alone.

    really good and helpful
they have some basic knowledge and can help you if needed

    thats what they say

"Money back guarantee: if you do not like our legal documents for any reason we will be happy to return our fees of $70
    without asking any questions."

  • you can do it yourself, as easy as filling in a form.

  • use clear docs, as easy as filling in forms.

if you need any other helps, let me know. I can assist you with it. not all business structures will benefit from companies structures.

if you are certain, go cleardocs… cheapest… and it is just filling forms.

    Cheers,

  • I used Corp Reps http://www.corpreps.com.au/comps.php as my old employer uses them all the time

Just fill in the simple forms, and everything gets printed, filed and sent to you, ready for you to take to the bank etc..
