Been using it WFH for 9 months. one unique feature about this headphone is that it is the only wireless ANC headphone that support wired mode with mic on the cable. When i was on Zoom, even my house was so noisey due to construction inside the house, but it wont bother you (due to ANC) nor the person on the other side of the call (due to mic is close to your mouth, and it does not pick up noise around you).

    Yes, a little. The ANC of this headphone is not top notch! Airpods Max and XM3/4 definitely better!
