Lenovo Flex 5 from Amazon Has Not Arrived - More than 2 Months Now - What to Do?

I bought the Lenovo Flex 5 14.0" 2-in-1 Laptop w/ Ryzen 5 5500U from the following deal:

It has been saying delivered by 11th June for some time but now it says - "We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date."

Has anyone got the computer from the deal? Is there anyway I can raise an issue with Amazon? Should I just cancel and get a local deal?

Feeling like a jive turkey here!

    Logon and go to - Your orders> Problem with order - and fill out the appropriate link.

  • There is no "problem with your order" button. My only options are

    Track Package which leads to a "We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date" page.

    Change payment Method
    Cancel Items
    Archive Order

    I've checked my bank account - I have not been charged… I just thought that maybe I wouldn't be charged until the order is shipped at least - could that be at the heart of the problem?

    • I think Amazon don't charge till item sent…………..why in god's name didn't you just hit "chat"???? (I'll grant that option is hidden away IMO)

    • The deal stated 1-2 month for dispatch. It has been one day short of two months. They'll likely send it soon.

      They'll usually charge you just before the order ships. If they fail to charge your card due to funds they will notify you by email and give you a few days to make payment before cancelling the order.

      If you're concerned there is an issue, you can go to Amazon, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Help", mouse over "Need More Help?" towards the bottom of the topics, select "Contact Us", select the order if you wish, select an issue from the drop down tab and choose "Chat" as an option.

  • Thanks all, I've found the comprehensive help area and on a call. Still not sure when it will arrive but at least got to whinge to nice Filipino who filed a "ticket."
