I wonder if I should get this. I'm building a pc for sim racing and it's getting my old 3950x CPU. I have an old noctua nh-d14 with am4 mounting kit I can use on it, which is a beast of an air cooler. The case is a cooler master h500m which has decent air flow with the mesh panels in place. It's not like I will overclock the CPU at all, but I have no idea what sort of heat they put out under normal conditions. It is under a custom loop with 3x 360mm rads at the moment so doesn't even reach 70c
I would.
I'm in exactly the same situation. 5900x with NH-D14. Itching to upgrade but I didn't pull the trigger on this as it was RGB. I am looking at the https://www.mwave.com.au/product/thermaltake-floe-rc360-360m…
