Thanks for your comment. Phoenix is a registered and certified Australian company. Be aware that most massage guns like the ones drop shippers sell are not registered in the EESS database as responsible suppliers nor the massage gun battery chargers have the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) / SAA certification. Any massage gun battery charger which does not have the RCM / SAA is unsafe for use and illegal to be sold in Australia. In a nutshell these unsafe massage gun chargers can burn down your house but you will not get any insurance because you have used an illegal product unsafe for use. As a consumer you have the right to ask these sellers to provide you with the SAA certificate before you purchase. Also beware of sellers who disappear after selling you a fake, counterfeit, or unbranded product because if they last only 10 minutes (as most of them are not quality tested and uncertified for sale in Australia) you may not receive any refund or compensation.

You can find the same massage gun (different branding but same OEM) off Ebay/Amazon/Aliexpress for a quarter of this price.

Thanks for your comment. Beware of fakes such as the one in the link you've provided. Phoenixa2.com is the only authorised store for the sale of "Phoenix" branded massage guns. Also be aware that most massage guns such as the one you've provided in your link are not registered in the EESS database as responsible suppliers nor the massage gun battery chargers have the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) / SAA certification. They are actually illegally infringing on the Phoenix trademark. Also any massage gun battery charger which does not have the RCM / SAA is unsafe for use and illegal to be sold in Australia. In a nutshell these unsafe massage gun chargers can burn down your house but you will not get any insurance because you have used an illegal product unsafe for use. Many Australian consumers fall for these fake and counterfeit items because of the "too good to be true prices" and fall in trouble. They don't know that they are putting their lives at risk by purchasing unsafe electrical goods and at the end not even receive any insurance for using illegally sold items in Australia.

  • Why is yours so much more expensive to get to market than the knock offs?
I don't follow what incentive there is to pay 5x the price as something that will for all intents and purposes do the same job?

I'd strongly recommend making a pitch for the product as well; your pricing is well above what people expect to pay. I asked in your last post why yours over the competitors and gave you a chance to sell the wares; you kept quiet? Your las deal was for sub <$200 and got 0 bites and a few negs; why try again with a $50 increase?

Genuinely interested in what you are trying to achieve?

    Cheaper elsewhere

Again; why your product over this one? I'm not sold and I am an easy sell i assure you
        https://www.amazon.com.au/RENPHO-Massager-Powerful-Percussio…

RCM and is in the EESS database. Established company, regularly advertised on news.com.au and other sites as news articles.
Often <$100 ($119 at the moment).

Why spend the sort of money your company is seeking for the product? I'm genuinely interested to know … my house won't burn down with this one; my insurance will be valid; can easily get support especially as sold through amazon … ?

Thanks for this link, I'd buy this one even if they were the same price. Heaps of good reviews.

The ops one is originally $600! Seriously? You taking the piss? Sheesh.

          • @asankar45: Yeah that article pretty much says don't pay the price this gun is asking.

In fact the article pretty much sums up my thoughts on the product range; that they are all the same and that there is no technological difference between the products. A theragun or a noodle is going to do the same thing. percussive or not.

I asked for a reason to buy YOUR product and you have just spammed my and others responses.

I recommend finding a different target market, you aren't winning here and genuinely don't even seem to be trying.

            Good luck

            • @MorriJ: Thanks for your opinion.

        • Thanks for your comment. I wish you well.

  • Thank you all for your honest comments and for keeping the thread going.

Hope all the people who purchase the massage guns visiting the store from Ozbargain reap the full benefits of the machine :)

    • Good luck then, hope some of what people have mentioned is taken onboard.

(55 clicks) - Sorry to say, but I was a few of those.

  • I’m really curious why you post here making a big deal about being Australian based, with an Australian domain/PTYLTD/office in Melbourne and a “warehouse” in Berwick, Victoria but your FAQs on your website state that your products are shipped from a warehouse in China… that’s drop shitting in my view.

Seems like really poor form to mislead consumers about being “Australian” (with an AU “warehouse” listed) when you’re not even shipping products from within Australia.

People might take you a bit more seriously if you actually had product here in the country. Until then, you’re just another drop shipper trying to claim that other products are “fakes”… come on, bud

Invest $10k to ship a pallet into the country and maybe we’ll pay attention.
