***update - it may be national**** - it has been seen in VIC as well.
I didn't find the link for the website. Heaps available in Darwin 0800 as per picture. $30 for that is a scam but for this pocket amount it may be ok. Some reviews are positive.

Never actually seen anyone have a skin on their controller.
Lizard skin is a premium brand. I use their handle bar on bicycles and I love them
Just to update, I saw these for this price at a Big W in Victoria so it's not just NT! :) Grabbed one and will be installing it tonight. Thanks OP
