Nov. 28, supposedly dispatched-notified via email. Stated 15-25 days delivery time.
Taking the maximum of 25 days, these 2 orders (I used 2 email addresses with DIFFERENT postal addresses) are now approx 41 days overdue.
The reply to my email on 02/02/2012 questioning this from ibuzone stated 'must have got lost in the post-sorry, check with PO'.
These items WOULD have been left in my letterbox, and the box of my friend, due to the small size.
EVEN IF the were returned to PO for pickup, no delivery notice was received from either of the postal addresses.
Very unsatisfactory-what are the chances of both shipments being lost to 2 different postal addresses?
Any others have problems with this mob?
A search of the forums came up with nil matches to this company.
