I always seem to miss these deals and today finally managed to place an order. Cancelled 10.50 tonight. Don’t think I’ll bother again.
The order processed at 3:20 pm but got the notice for a refund around 10:10 pm on the entire order. Such a waste of time!
JD posts should be $$@! banned. Them f#$.
The only thing I've ever had successfully delivered from JD is their apology emails followed by daily spam.
Thought I might’ve been skipped but nope refund email just came. Disappointing

What annoys me is I checked out as guest, so apart from my order number and the original email there is no way for me to track my order.

How come all the orders are cancelled….they need to be reported for misleading advertising….they never had any in stock or any intention to sell this. All they did was increase traffic on their site and gather email address to spam..
Ordered of 6 items confirmed, then cancelled later
Congrats… Jackss Dckheads you done it again.. cancelled 2 of my orders. Last time cancelled 3 orders. Not bad, at least they are progressive.
Called J fcking D, the reason the manager gave was the same as before when they cancelled 3 of my orders. No stock in warehouse.
When asked how come it can happen on two different occassions? Manager simply blamed it to IT dept.
Also when asked why did J fkng D cancelled all orders from all the customers, manager said not all orders were cancelled, a lot of them were honored, which I think is a good sweet lie.
How do we file a complaint against J fkng D? As it seems it was AGAIN a false advertising and they never really had any intention of selling these items.

I haven't received an email saying my order was cancelled, but when I check my order I get this message -
"Sorry we were unable to retrieve the status of this order.. Please check your email for further information"
Order Canceled. Banned JD in my head forever.
Done, happened with me on 2 occasions where they cancelled my orders with no good reason.
I think they can stick all their stores up there a## and stay limited within uk.
We received nothing (wasted our time and effort), they got our postal addresses and contact details. That's a bad way of making money JD.
Have just submitted a complaint to ACCC about JD sports. Have also given them links to the deals from yesterday where all the orders were cancelled.
This is not a case of someone making an error with prices - this is misleading consumers. We must lodge this….this is not done.

Future JD Sports deal should come with a warning that the order may be canceled but leave the full price items.
Placed my order at 3:14 eastern time and cancelled.
Email says "Have a read below to find out why" and there's no explanation lol
Won't be ordering from them again any time soon
