please e-mail scoopon to request refund
main point of this topic though is
shouldn't scoopon email or contact customers automatically to let them know this
not wait til people try too book and get told the bad news
a friend got 10 scoopons which he hadn't used, so he e-mailed scoopon and
they replied straight away saying sorry and we will refund you straight away - which was suprising
but i really think that they should be pro-active and let people know ….
They should be proactive, but I don't know if they know which scoopons have been used and which ones haven't.
