Recommendations - Cheapest, Bright 7 - 9" Android Tablet?

Hey ozbargaineers!

Wondering if any recommendations for a tablet I'm going to use dedicated to an autocue. I need next to no features (maybe bluetooth), res doesn't matter, probably keep plugged into socket, the standout is brightness (hell, could even be B&W. I saw cheap [colour] $70 7" one at officeworks that looked good until I saw the low brightness/terrible screen).

I realise 8-9" is unlikely, yet 10" will be too big.

Having a local warranty would be nice, but not essential.

Any tips?

    They all suck at this price range, theres very few retails options; pretty much Samsung and Lenovo. Laser is cheap trash. Some arent USB-C and some dont have a headphone jack.

      The ~$90 Lenovo next to the Laser in officeworks screen looked A LOT better than the Laser.

      Oh wow, was about to say - prolly better with the ~$90 lenovo in Officeworks, but then saw Banggood now ships FROM OZ!? Has the world gone mad!? Have the CCP officially taken over!?
