If there was ever a time to give the company a one star review in every social media platform Boose have, this would be the time because of the way they handled the whole matter (unprofessionally).
To say we hacked you without any proof is a pretty terrible accusation to make.
Promo code was from So Good promotion that asks to post our smoothie creations with a chance it’ll be featured on your social media. And nowhere did it say “don’t share the code”.

First of all, thankyou for showing such interest in our product, it means a lot! Sadly, this discount code was generated as a result of our discount app being hacked.
The situation is as follows: Our discount app was hacked and this 100% off discount was generated without our knowledge. This Leng/Littlevu character either leaked or created the discount and put it on ozbargain. As a result you guys gobbled up all of our stock in 20 minutes… Impressive!
Unfortunately, we will have to cancel these orders as they're fraudulent and come from the result of hacking. We sincerely apologise for getting any hopes up and hope we haven't angered anyone. We're simply trying to take control of an event that would have affected us very negatively.

Yeh nice marketing 2021 tactics. You can't able to protect your system from getting hacked, you can't even to honour people who ordered after putting all of their details.
I wonder if you can protect our details from getting data breach in future!

We aren't after anyones contact details. We just want to resolve this issue ASAP. We will happily delete anyone off our mailing list at their request.

You should delete customer details automatically, why need request? You think we are happy to give you their information when you are not honouring?
I think people might want reassurance that they won't just be unsubscribed, but have have all data deleted on your end.
It might also go a long way to offer a larger discount to generate goodwill. I.e. 50% or higher or at cost to you. Believe me, the uptake will be small, lots of people were interested at free, but even at $30 each, you'd see a massive drop off in interest. You'd probably be luck to get 10 orders considering these kinds of products can be found elsewhere for a fraction of that.

I actually got charged when I ordered. Mist have been purchasing right when you fixed it and bugged out. Sent online chats and emails straight away. Have since sent multiple emails and have had 0 responses and no refund to date. PayPal dispute was opened day 1 and still no response. Order 9930… What are you going to do about it?
