  I may be cynical but I think some of the reviews for the above products have been paid for.

  There's a massive contrast between review ratings. Some are 5 stars whereas some are 1 star. All the 5 star ratings are fresh accounts that have given 1 review (to Johnny's furniture) and look like bot accounts… I would be careful..

    Thanks for taking the time to look into our brand. Just so you know we have never paid for positive online reviews.

    We have recently made an effort to encourage all our customers to leave reviews. We've noticed a lot in the past 3 months. I've had a little look this morning and you're right that a lot of people recently (postivie and negative) have not left other reviews on the product review website. If you go past the first page of reviews you'll notice a number that have left more reviews aside from our business. Let me know if I can clarify anything else.

  Customer service at North lakes store was awful. Won't go back. Good luck though I guess.

  I bought a dining table, buffet, TV unit and coffee table from Johnny's and it was absolutely amazing quality for 3k. Almost identical at HN cost 3k only for the dining table. I noticed the table had a little wobble in it I called them once and they brought me a brand new replacement the next day. It was a good experience for me. I found they have premium quality furniture at great prices in saying all this it was 2 years ago. I recommend.
