There's a couple on ebay from Sydney for about $200 delivered e.g. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Mac-Mini-PPC-1-25Ghz-CUTIE-/31037… They are PPC versions, not Intel CPUs.

It depends what you are going to use it for.

You won't get a C2D for that price, which limits your flavour of OS X big cat quite dramatically.

I think even working PPC machines go for more than that.
