If you have an active PS Plus subscription, you can get a GTA$1,000,000 pack in June and then at the beginning of July, August, September, October, and November 2021.
Note that you must redeem each pack each month in the PlayStation Store (in other words, you cannot just redeem 6 packs in November).

From the website:

This pack must be redeemed in the PlayStation®Store during the month of June 2021. Your GTA$1,000,000 will automatically be deposited at the start of your next session after redeeming this pack. GTA$ can be used to obtain in-game content such as vehicles, weapons, properties, and more.

A new GTA$1,000,000 pack for the PS4™ version of GTA Online will be available to claim on the PlayStation®Store each month until the launch of Grand Theft Auto V on PS5™ in the second half of 2021.

Launch has been confirmed to be on 11 November.

    Depends what you want to achieve.

    Some people spend it on weapons and vehicles, some people spend it on income producing businesses.

    I would spend it on a Executive office, it is on special this week 40% off which is cheap for the missions it allows you to do.

    If possible buy a cargo warehouse ASAP as cargo is double money and RP this week too, that is a great income earner.

    kuruma (armoured) is on sale and is worth owning. Great for missions and protects you against bullets. It's so no good if being shot by RPG'S etc.

      Bogdan heist (with restart glitch) is $1M+ per 15min for your partner.

  Hmm, free money on GTA V… shame you guys are playing on PS. I'm playing on PC, can use trainer (single player mode, not multiplayer) to give myself as much money whenever I want.
