  This is a great price for Q.cell + Fronius ($3,849)

  But $2,849 for the Seraphim + Goodwe makes your ROI much better.

  Can you do the latter with a 'lockdown discount' bringing it to ~$2500? or so? If so I think you would get a few biters.

    We actually have a concurrent deal for Seraphim/Goodwe for $1,850 ($675 off during Lockdown) this expired yesterday as it was for the original Lockdown which has now been extended will be posting and extending again on OZB tomorrow (reached the daily limit on Ozb)

        Depends on the particular area, we just add on a travel charge. Normally $150 additional for regional travel to Geelong. We do offer good rates if multiple installations in the same area. So if you have family and friends interested combine the purchase and we can waive the travel fee on a case by case basis.

  Can I ask what the process is for someone that is/will be eligible for the rebates?
  I'm aware that the criteria is based on "the previous FY", which currently rules our household out.
  But as soon as July 1 rolls around, the FY we are currently in becomes the "previous" - which we will now qualify in (cheers Covid :)

  My question is, for someone wanting to get on to Solar using the rebates as quickly as possible given the above, can anything be done now, or does the whole process have to start on July 1 (or even later if our tax NOAs are first required)?

  Hi Tuttle,

  The criteria for the Income Threshold allows for customers to use either 1 or 2 of the last Notice of Assessments from the ATO. So for this Financial years Rebates (prior to 30 June 2021) you can use either FY June 2019 or FY June 2020 if either of those fit the $180k threshold.

  Further to this the application is completed on the name/s of the people listed on the Council Rates Notice as the owners. Depending on if both partners are listed or not on the rates notice you may fall below the threshold.

  On further advice from Solar Victoria, for next Financial year you would have to wait till you receive the NOA and then apply.

  The only other option would be to not utilise the rebates and pay for it in full however in that case it would make more sense to wait it out till you have the latest NOA's.
