Cashrewards wants non existent paperwork for claim

Has anyone struck an issue like this with Cashrewards?

Incognito browser, no VPN or ad blocking and fresh cart. Transaction completed within minute of click through yet they have not registered tracking.

This was a transaction for the 30% offer last week so unfortunately it's worth the time to chase down.

When opening a claim the necessary week later and sending all info and order confirmation, Cashrewards support is now insisting they need an order confirmation that shows the time and payment method. I have explained that the order confirmation sent (print to PDF of email confirmation) is the only confirmation received from First Choice Liquor and I cannot control the information they do or do not include upon it.

Nevertheless Cashrewards is insistent they need a copy of a non existent order confirmation which show the time date and payment method.

They have the order confirmation and all of the required information so insisting they need a document which they know does not exist is concerning. Several back and forth communications and they continue making the same request despite having all the pertinent information already.

So has anyone else struck these kind of blocking tactics when dealing with Cashrewards support?

        I think by payment information, they just want the amount paid on the order confirmation.

        But why am I bothering to help you when you won't help me to help you?

        • That has been provided on the order confirmation multiple times. They continued to insist payment information was required

          • @[Deactivated]: Here's a thought. Support either wasn't sure what you were asking or asked you for the wrong thing. It happens. They're not machines, they're human.

            TA has since clarified what you need to provide. You clearly don't have what you need to get your claim, so everything else is pointless.

            • @Payne: No it has not been confirmed that payment information is not required. Support was insistent that the date, time and payment information need to be shown on the order confirmation.

    As a general comment I've found CR's process and support to be top notch. Enough to keep me from using competitors even if/when their % may be higher.
