    Aim for 8-12% of your body weight. I'm 77kg and got a 9kg blanket (different vendor). It took me over a week to get used to it, but now I don't even recognise the extra weight.

  Just a heads up for anyone considering buying, this is a smaller sized blanket more suited for kids or pets. Single size blanket lengths should be around the 198cm mark and above (if you wanted to search for one).

    They are sized for the age/weight range. If you look at the options, the size correlates to the weight (and they have longer lengths).

  Looks like a decent weighted blanket but the product description is misleading. It's microfibre. Not an ounce of linen on it.
