Better option Sony 49” X8000H or Samsung 55” TU8000?

I am really confused while going through TV rabbit hole.

I ordered a Sony 49” X80H for $900 and then I saw a Samsung 55” TU8000 for $749 so should I cancel Sony X80H and order the Samsung TV?

Not sure if I am comparing apples with oranges

  The Samsung is more comparable to the Sony x750h series (series down from x800h). Have a look through those reviews and decide if the extra size will mean more to you.
