Are there any under $50 by a known brand that aren't touch screen, laggy or running android for some reason? Ideally with 4g but it's cool. Funny how touch phones are cheaper than flip phones despite the simplicity.

For a flip phone, yea.
I highly doubt you will be able to find a 4G flip phone below $50 but Auspost has few around the $100 mark.
