Apple Airpod Alternatives Any Suggestions for iPhone

Hi All

Any suggestions about the Apple Airpod alternatives for iPhone?

I googled and saw good reviews: https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/xiaomi-mi-true-wireless-tws-ear…
Is that a good choice?

    Apple Airpod Alternatives Any Suggestions?

Do you have an iPhone or iPad? if so, IMO get Airpods. :)

PS. Don't just one, get a pair.

are you wanting airpod style headphones (as in true wireless)? if so, airpods are really good but i had a pair of Jabra 65T's, and they were pretty good too
I used all those xiaomi/airdots and that, and they were ok - but not great

    • That's correct. I like the Airpod style.

In particular, the place that airpods excel at is call quality.

I'm vouching for these too. Sound quality is very nice and voice call quality is also pretty good.

Hard to look past air pods pro, tried many alternative and airpods easily beat them.

There's no way you had a chance to compare dozens of excellent TWF buds to Apples massively overpriced airpods to make your "easily" claim. To me, airpods prices are an insult to intelligence. Jabra, Samsung, QCY, Soundpeats, and many others offer excellent TWF buds, some at less than 10% off the price of airpods. For snobs with money to burn, maybe filling Apples pockets with cash is a dream to fulfill. Otherwise, say, QCY T5 can be had for $25 and they're excellent. You can have Samsung for ~ $150, and many others for anything in between. I personally use Jabra and QCY buds every day, and occasionally Samsung. No complaints.

      • I did in fact try jabra, 2x qcy, 2x sound peat, try one, sennheiser, Sony, anker and Tao tronics.
Thanks for assuming though :) I must be a snob ;)

  • Kogan T3 Pro ? appear to be heavily discounted…

Apple's walled ecosystem makes the airpods the go to. Dunno what the battery longevity is like nowadays but doubt it's been improved. Otherwise get something cabled.

I say that as an android user. The sony xm4's have a handy second device feature. So I can be using them on my pc and it switches over automatically when I get a call.

  • Any reason you don't want Airpods?

    • Only the cost factor.
