I wouldn't recommend doing mince in a food processor. Maybe in an emergency only. Will be more of a meat paste in a food processor.
What about this one?

What do you recommend to make mince meat?
I guess it depends what you want the mincer for. Using a food processor will process the meat to a very smooth consistency. Not a bad result if your wanting to make say mince for a butchers style sausage.
A dedicated meat mincer will allows you to retain some texture in the meat. And will allow you to select different types cutting plates for different textures.
You can get meat mincers that are electric or hand cranked. Or even one that attaches to a kitchen aid stand mixer if you have one.
I personally use a hand cranked one.
