  Correct - The domain registration will simply fail with an invalid ABN or ACN, we can't bypass this rule unfortunately. So all the registrations must have valid details or they will simply fail.

        @Obble: It still presents the form asking for an ABN/ACN if you choose .id.au.
        
        However, I was able to reach the point of payment no entering 'none' for the ABN, even for a .com.au domain. I'm a bit confused about how much of a rock solid requirement it is.
        
        I'd prefer not to register if it will be a hassle further down the road.

  We do provide free transfers, cPanel to cPanel. We do all the work, but understandable.
  
  For domains, if you're doing a domain transfer then yes they will get extended for another year. If you're transfering a .com.au these are free to transfer, if you have more than 3 months remaining. So no cost, but also no extension.
  
  Other domains transfer & add 1 year as normal. Happy to help with anything else too.

  Our servers are all provided by OVH, Sydney. So we're on their network, we don't currently own our own hardware & colocate.
  
  We support IPv6 on our VPS plans only at this stage - And building on that, we can provide a discount on VPS hosting. 50% is our usual, so we can apply the same discount as this to VPS. You'd have to send a message privately though so we can organise the coupon code - It would be a lifetime discount too.

Just one suggestion from a well-intentioned UX designer, on the dashboard it says "mydomain.com.au (Discounted)". You may want to think about changing the word 'discounted' to something else because I can imagine at least a few people reading it as 'Discontinued'. Might save your customer support team some time!
