  They don't exist, giftcards all have a load/activation fee.

  only time was during the vogue event and we could get 15 bucks back for 50 spend I think and got Westfield gift cards (5.95 fee) so ended up better. these were eft pos cards used anywhere

  Best you can do is to find an offer that offsets the fee like a flybuys offer or the rare 10% off.
