    Would not recommend that resolution on a 32"

      It's the same DPI as a 24" monitor at 1920x1080? It should be fine…

      • +1

        It really is fine, mostly down to personal preference and viewing distance limitations but the bigger screen is certainly worth the tradeoff in DPI for some.

    • That resolution is fine, buddy. Not everyone has eagle eyes or cares.

    Looks like I have upset the oldies who are too cheap for 1440p monitors to justify this monitor

  • I struggle with my PG348Q. I have it on a 2.2 x 1 Meter table. The table's width is 1 freakin meter.

    But I cannot use my keyboard on the table. Because then I cannot fit the screen in my FOV.

    I had to buy a sliding keyboard tray, that fitted under the table, to sit further away from the screen, to fit it in my FOV.

    So if you guys considering your buying a monitor more than 30". Especially ultra wide like I did, either expand your physical vision's field of view. Or get a new table.

    No joke, my neck hurt so bad the first week I got my monitor from just scanning it left to right. Just imagine playing games when you have to turn your head to see the whole screens.

      The FOV is different from the PG348Q.

      XG32VC = Aspect Ratio : 16:9 @ Resolution : 2560x1440 | Display Viewing Area (HxV) : 697.344 x 392.256 mm
      pg348q = Aspect Ratio : 21:9 @ Resolution : 3440x1440 |Display Viewing Area (HxV) : 799.8 x 334.8 mm

      Assuming you haven't already got one and that it's an option for your table/space, a monitor arm such as the popular NB F80 can work wonders in this regard.

      I was similarly uncomfortable with my 32" 16:9 screen due to the depth of its stand vs my desk, but since getting an arm and setting it back another 15-20cm closer to the wall it's like a totally different screen and I'm absolutely loving it.
