  Where do you enter the code when signing up?

  The link to Cashrewards says "Join Today"; clicked on that, then says in a new pop-up window "Get Started" and asks for an email address,entered one; the next window asks for a mobile number and they will send a verification code; didn't go any further in case I got registered with no bonus.

  Also, can you use a friends referral link to join and they still get their referral bonus?
