A Amazon lightning deal. Usually $69.99, more at many other places.
Another reasonably useless item that might keep kids or some people occupied…….. or could be used to annoy workmates.

These are paper planes that we're talking about right?
Does anyone know how I could measure the thrust to weight ratio of chucking it with my right arm v my left?
No thrust the instant it leaves your hand.
2 vs 1 motor but has the gyro which i would think would make a massive difference
Powerup 2.0 is looking like a real bargain. $27.99 and flies too. The new models can do more things like be Bluetooth controlled or perform acrobatics (4.0).

….and in 1 hour and 5 mins (approx 11:20am, AEST) the 4.0 is going to be a lightning deal as well, but no idea what the discount will be (https://www.amazon.com.au/POWERUP-4-0-Next-Generation-Smartp…)
…and the answer was $84.95 ie $15 off.

Bro you can't just call me out like that wtf
this is a complete waste of money.
with that said, in for 1.
Just FYI 4.0 is out which is, umm, 1.0 better as well as more expensive? To be more precise, "thanks to the reduced weight, reduced drag and faster more efficient propeller and motor, now we get 2:1 thrust to weight ratio versus 1:1."
