Was looking for some 'D' batteries and these came up in Amazon which was the cheapest I could find.

Not sure how good they are but bought anyhow.

  Coles has Chevron brand 2 pack of D Cells which are Alkaline for only $2.50. It’s worth paying that little bit extra for alkaline as they will last a lot longer and less likely to leak.

    SuperCheap Auto also has home brand alkaline D cells 4 for $5.
    Don't buy carbon-zinc batteries!
