Would You Buy a Robot Vaccum on Kogan?

Hi All,
Thinking of buying the robot vaccum on Kogan as its $100 cheaper than its nearest rival. Has anyone bought anything from there recently and had any issues?
This will be first time i order from them if i go down this route.

    Kogan flout consumer laws all the time and would rather risk a fine vs losing money due to refunds The customer comes last with Kogan.

    If you still choose to buy, use a credit card for more protection.

    I'd never buy anything from Kogan . My impression on others people's purchases is that it's all shit.

    I bought a cheapish item from Kogan once and will never do it again. They spam the absolute faeces out of you afterwards and if you have a warranty issue they are a PITA.

    I would rather spend the extra $100 and buy from a decent seller. I will never buy from Kogan (or Dick Smith or whoever else they own) again for as long as I live.

    Buy from Kogan at your own peril. They have a lousy reputation for customer service

    Never bought or will support Kogan. Poor/none customer service, cheap quality products and price jacking during pandemic.

    I generally avoid Kogan, especially any Marketplace item aka not SOLD BY KOGAN.com.au products

    Thought about it and nope. Too much effort should something go wrong. Maybe for something that is cheap and unlikely to break.

    I think AliExpress items are less shit than Kogan.

      I considered aliexpress, but dont think the item will be delivered on time, and have a few reservations if issues arise

    Kogan branded stuff is really bad, their website has their own internal reviews system always showing 4 stars, when you go to product review the stars are much less, they also stop you posting review after it times out, i have bought several items and you can only post review on their product after a short window. Although their reseller items are good of the known brands
