Indeed. You could get 2/3s of a Daniel Wellington for that price, and you'd be lucky if that 4R36 movement lasts 50 years…

I don’t care if the movement has a shorter lifespan, if I want better I’ll pay for it.
I think you wouldn't have been downvoted had you said they were unattractive watches, which they are, but they aren't rubbish watches.

No downvote from me, however I'd submit that there may be some rubbish watches that look like this - however it certainly isn't a "rubbish watch".
