Typical Banggood AU Direct Delivery Times?

If anyone can post their recent experiences with delivery times from the HK (or China i guess) with the AU Direct mail option, that would be appreciated :)

For my case so far:

May 17, 2021 02:07 Package has been sterilized and shipped out.
May 11, 2021 02:39 Our warehouse has started packing your items.
May 11, 2021 02:34 Order submit.

Tracking no format: NEXAU100*******YQ

Searching here and on the web, it would appear most people say it will 'just show up' and for many the tracking info will not update when it hits OZ for the transfer to a local carrier….. Some others claim to get a fastway/Aramex number in an update.

P.S If you know how to actually use a NEX shipping number that would be great :P I've tried https://www.17track.net/en to no success so far…..

    Tracking for PFL is shite! It wont track until its arrived in Australia. Once its here, service isn't bad. 3 days from manifesting in Sydney to delivery in Melbourne Metro.

    I had my AU Direct Banggood delivered by fastway / armaex (my least favourite courier by far), I can't remember how long it took but the guy dropped it off on a Saturday which was handy.

    Ordered an item in April using AU warehouse method, got tracking number from Banggood and shock horror see that it's Aramex/Fastway with package being processed at Sydney Depot, this isn't gonna be good as personal experiences they are rubbish .
    Almost 4 weeks later tracking still showing it being sorted in Sydney and no one knows where the package is!
    Fastway, sorry Aramex, say they don't have it and Banggood saying they've sent it via the courier and provide tracking number again, here we go back on the roundabout LOL.

      Finally got my order but had to contact Banggood saying the tracking hasn't updated in 4 weeks etc and they've resent the package.
      It came in less than a week and final leg was via Auspost express, no more Aramex/Fastway !!

    Not sure how to help, but I'm in a similar situation. No updates when using the the NEXAU100*******YQ tracking number (even on the Parcel Freight Logistics site). On the Banggood order page, it notes the estimated delivery date as June 24, so I'm going to wait a little longer.

          Mine was delivered ~5:30pm yesterday so….. maybe worth a look again…. Plus if it says delivered but is not in the letter box, look around your front yard and behind the bins…. mine was on the ground behind a bin outside the gate :(

    My last two orders took about two weeks. The Australian courier was very slack on shipping progress updates.

    It's not true au warehouse, it's expedite to syd and send auspost.

      This was from HK, not a AU Warehouse thing…. My ebay purchase for a cover was that situation though……
