Best Use of Discovery Vouchers - Expiring June

I'm sure no one will have an issue getting rid of their Dining vouchers but the Discovery vouchers are a bit harder to find a good use for. Personally I have very little free time at the moment and almost none before the end of June that I can do some travel to use them.

The following are two suggestions that have been mentioned in other Ozbargain posts but I'm sure there a heap of other good ideas.

Rouse Hill Town Centre
Basically you get a movie ticket (with popcorn), choctop, timezone voucher and a meal. Expires end November 2021

Hoyts Movie Voucher

I know but I am mentioning it anyway b4 its tool late

        • Not sure why you're replying to my comment as it had nothing to do with yours? :/

  • Do you live bear Rouse Hill? OP

    • I'm the outer Hawkesbury (Kurrajong) area so for us "near" is anything under 30 minutes. So pretty near to me. I think about 30-40 mins depending on traffic.

  • Im at Bankstown but the travel time to redeem would negate the value, I love the deal and love shopping centres and food courts too. But this would take 2 trips or more, will have to think about it.

  • *Notes Rouse Hill is safer than Bankstown..

  • If anyone is interested in paint 'n' sip, Pinot and Picasso have an option to redeem your voucher for a gift card (expires in 3 years):

  • That Rouse Hill deal still costs $25 on top of voucher tho

    • No. The $25 they refer to is the voucher. I rang and asked them to be sure.

      • Really? But it says “For the discounted price of $25 per bundle when using your DISCOVER voucher”

        • Yes really. If you read all of the FAQ's it's pretty clear.

        • they probably split 12.50 each with the cinema and the food court

  • Used one of mine to go book tickets to a Vivid LIVE gig at Sydney Opera House (you have to call them up to use the vouchers and unless you happen to also have Insiders membership like I do, there's an $8.50 booking fee)

  • Sydney Zoo is a pretty good option

  • If you are short on time here the list where the most have been used - I guess cinemas are close to many people

    TOP TEN “DISCOVER” RECIPIENTS

    Event Cinemas
    Hoyts Theatres
    Taronga Conservation Society Australia
    Sydney Zoo
    Timezone
    Zone Bowling
    Sea Life Sydney Aquarium

  • I would like to know if I can use my ‘discover voucher’ to buy the entrance ticket to the NSW Rail Museum ?. Thanks
