I signed up to Deliveroo Plus, was charged, and now want a refund. Here are the terms listed on their website:
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Account and select Cancel subscription. Or, you can contact us at [email protected].
Can I change my payment date?
No. You can see your next payment date in your Account.
Can I get my money back if I want to cancel?
Yes. You can contact us for a full refund within the first 14 days of your paid-for period. If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, you will not be refunded.

I have sent three emails in four days and had no response. I can't find any other means by which to contact Deliveroo such as a live chat client. While I would expect some sort of generic "we'll forward this to the correct department", there's a chance that the people that handle the refunds don't work weekends.
Depending on how long ago the original transaction was, I'd say I'd try calling the number on this page tomorrow. I know it says for live order support, but at least that way you can get someone to talk to, and they may be able to see the ticket system your query is in to see if there is anything mentioned on their side.
