Can I Sell/Transfer ANZ Loyalty Rewards Gift Card?

I signed up for this ANZ credit card deal deal and I was thinking of just selling the gift card discounted here on OzB. How does that work after I redeem it? e.g. if a buyer wants the JB HiFi option, and I go and redeem it for a JB HiFI gift card, then how do I get the card to the buyer? Is it a physical card or just a code?

    Surely you buy food, petrol, booze, something from Coles or Woolies?

    Why bother taking a risk (at worst) losing it to a scammer or (at best) devaluing your rewards by selling discounted gift cards, when you can effectively just cash out at ColesWorth?
