but how about a forum where people can bag out stores that have provided bad service ?
Gives us an idea about which stores to keep away from, what sort of issues keep coming up at the same stores and how long it takes to resolve.
Bad service forum is a tricky issue, as there is no way for OzBargain to verify whether what has been posted is true. It seems to be the case here (and on Whirlpool in some extend) that people are usually sceptic on good reviews (sockpuppeting much?) but happy to take any negative reviews as "truth". I don't think it serves the consumers nor the merchants.
I am still coming up with a policy dealing negative reviews, especially when the merchants respond with a threat. There will not be a whinge/bad service forum. If you wish to post discussions on a certain merchant,
