Just wondering if anyone has one of these and what they cook in it. The Sunbeam user manual has only a handful of recipes.

Oh, and toast apparently ("just use the Pizza setting. It can toast up to 6 slices at a time")Something I've learnt over the years with devices and appliances claiming to be multifunction/combo/x-in-1 is that they aren't capable of doing a decent job with any of the functions they are advertised for. With this one I doubt it would be as good as a purpose built air fryer or a mini desktop oven. YMMMV though.
I got the Breville Smart Oven last year from Appliances Online for $360 when it was on sale. If you can wait for a sale and spend a little extra, it's well worth the money.
Others might have a different opinion, but from a single guy's point of view, it's awesome! I use it for everything from pieces of fish, meat, pies, chips.. etc! The one thing to remember about airfryers is they take longer than actually frying (but the food obviously has less oil).

I should also mention that if you do look at the Breville - there's two models that look very similar. The cheaper one, "the Pro", doesn't have the AirFryer function.
Used to have this thing at work, it was very good.
Edit- after further reading it was the poverty "pro" model, not "smart". Was still great.
The recipe in the Sunbeam user manual is only a guide to cook certain foods, you can find plethora of recipes online so no need to look at the manual.
So IRRELEVANT questionIts all about FUNCTIONALITY and EASE OF USE of the recipe in which case online recipes wins hands down.
I don't own an air fryer but I can already tell you it's chicken nuggets.
