I've got a friend with the Fitbit Charge. Each one has lasted just before the warranty ended and they've had to return to the retailer. Usually by then no more of that model so either refund or pay the difference to upgrade to the next one - they've been through 3x Charge models now.
They are not built to last at all.
Yep, every FitBit I ever owned had this happen (and 2 before warranty - they just send you a new one then without needing the old one back).
My charge 3 is 1.5yrs going strong. But now I'm concerned ahaha. What to do ;P I just got my parents two of these…
Missed out on the additional cashback through this deal so haven't pulled the trigger and this price is even more tempting now! Only thing is product review looks appalling, any users here care to comment?
