          @OldBugger: They've told me now it wasn't actually in stock it won't be sent until the end of the week at the earliest.

          I'll never use the Sony store again.

            @parkies: I just got an email and phone call stating mine will be arriving today. But the updated tracking they just sent me still shows not dispatched.

            Contacted them again and they ensured it will arrive today.

            I read some bad reviews about Sony. I'd be tempted to try your luck at a local jbhifi and cancel the Sony order.

  Sony told me last week the 75 inch is going to be on back order and ETA is 26th May (today) then i called them again earlier they said ETA shifted to 1st of June.

  Won't shop with Sony Online again.

    Just got a call from Sony now they are saying the TV will be dispatched on 3rd of June due to shipping delay from overseas, it will be dispatched via DHL from Sydney.

    I got the same call. The lady sounded defeated before I even said anything. Did you guys make some comment to her? Gotta be patient. They must have oversold your in stock allocation. Its good that they didnt cancel all our purchases.

  Funny situation. Had the TV delivered to parents house where tracking said it was delivered and signed but they didn't know about it. Rang DHL who said it was delivered to the post office and signed there. Anyway, parents found it at the rear of the house. The delivery guy had stealth like Santa.
